Financial Commitment and Payment Plans: When you enroll in any of my programs or services with a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all payments as agreed upon. Failure to follow through with payment obligations will result in suspension of access to all programs, services, and resources until payments are brought current. This policy ensures mutual respect and commitment to the agreed-upon services, reflecting my dedication to you and the expectation of your commitment in return.
Refund Policy – Being Her Breakthrough Bundle:
You have a 48-hour window from the time of purchase to request a refund—no questions asked. If you're not satisfied and you've only accessed Module 1, simply email Kim at kmv@kimberlyvelez.com within 48 hours, and your payment will be refunded in full.
However, no refunds will be granted after 48 hours or if more than one module has been accessed within that timeframe. This policy is in place to honor the integrity of the content and the energy exchange we’ve committed to. Please purchase intentionally.
Outcome Disclaimer: While I am committed to providing you with the highest quality coaching and support to facilitate your transformation, I cannot guarantee or promise specific outcomes or that you will manifest everything you desire within the timeframe of our work together. Transformation is a deeply personal process, and the results can vary significantly between individuals. Your success depends on your personal efforts, individual capacity, life circumstances, and the commitment to applying the strategies taught. As your coach, I will guide, support, and assist you in your journey, but the internal work required to reprogram and transform your mindset ultimately rests within your control.
Limitation of Liability: By agreeing to participate in this coaching, you acknowledge that, although I am a licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State of Florida, these programs are strictly coaching services and are not therapy. These services do not replace the care of psychologists or other healthcare professionals. Coaching is in no way to be construed or substituted as psychological counseling or any other type of therapy or medical advice.
